Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Shipping available in all the US on all apparel, helmets and eboards.
- Exceptions: Electric Motorcycles and all motorized vehicles.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- We only ship nationwide.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
- In stock items usually ship between 1-2 business days.
- Items will be delivered 3-5 days from shipment.
- For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 3:30PM EST.
BILLING DETAILS:
- Shipping and Billing must be the same address in order for Filipacchi to ship out items.
- Any orders that do not have matching shipping and billing addresses will be refunded.

RETURN POLICY:
APPAREL:
- Filipacchi accepts returned items up to 7 days after purchase.
- Items must be in perfect condition/unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached.
HELMETS:
- No returns on helmets / Due to safety concerns.
eBIKES, eBOARDS, AND ALL MOTORIZED VEHICLES:
- Due to the nature of these products, all eBikes, eBoards, and all motorized vehicles may not be returned after purchase.
VINTAGE LEATHERS:
- All Vintage Leathers are non-refundable
EXCHANGES/RETURNED ITEMS:
- Customer is responsible for all returned shipping fees.
